::RRAFL:: Battle of Poisons

    Maybe it was the mirth-filled cackle that I let out after I shoved the display stand over, or maybe it was the fact that I grabbed Ouf and started running. It could have been the fact that I'm probably a wanted fugitive for vandalism and arson, but the security guard must have been paying attention to something in order to stop me before I got out the door. I think she was taking a smoke break and just stepped in to see what all the ruckus was about, since everything about her reeked of...something.
    Wrinkling my nose I step back and let Ouf hop down from my arms, I see a Stunky-marked Chi Kami step out from behind the guard. This must be the source of the stench, and I cough a little since the smell is just like someone has been chain smoking cigarettes in a small kitchen while something burns in the oven. Ouf seems unaffected, though her tail hand clenches a little.
    Seeing the state I'm in with the reek of the stunky permeating the small shop, Ouf breathes out a pink powder that instantly overpowers the awful odor, making the shop smell of flowers and fresh cut grass. The kami looks confused as it sniffs the air, but then waves its tails at Ouf, taunting her and stopping the flow of powder from between her teeth with a hiss. It's quickly replaced by a white smoke, and she growls out a blast of the smog directly into the chi kami's face. It coughs but then makes an awful screeching noise, prompting both myself and the security guard to cover our ears. Someone in the store screams a little as they truly realize what's happening, but nobody runs past us in the chaos. I really need to get out of here.
    Seeing my chance, I tackle the security guard to the ground, flapping my wings and trying to stir up the smog more. Ouf sees what I'm doing and makes more of the smog, making it really hard to see. I hear Ouf make a distressed noise but I can't see what's going on and I'm coughing a little as I try to aim a punch at the guard's face. I hear an odd noise and the kami whimpering, but I'm too busy trying to punch this lady enough to actually get out of here to pay attention to what my miira is up to. The store fills with more of the smog as I knee the guard in the gut and I hear a 'thump' on the floor.
    "Ouf let's go!" I call to her, getting up and running out the door. My arms and torso are bruised, my lip somehow split, and I'm feeling a little woozy, but my wings are ok and as soon as we're far enough away that I can pick Ouf up I take off and fly home. As we fly I notice that she's bleeding a little from a slash on her side, though it doesn't look like it's bleeding. "We're going to have to get you cleaned up when we get home," I say to her, and before long we land next to the pool, ready to turn in for the night.
